Always Ahead Of The Game

A strategic project, our goal was to develop a brand-new fan app experience. Bringing together the club, merchandise, and content at the touch of a button. My role initially involved conducting stakeholder interviews, auditing the existing app, and delivering a competitive analysis. The insights gained from there, guided me and my design team in developing wire-flows, wireframes and prototypes. Providing a conceptual proposal for this exciting shift in Football club digital experience.
