MEETING THE D2C NEED
Amid the Covid-19 pandemic and national lockdowns, there was a significant shift in consumer behaviour towards online shopping. Mars Petcare identified an unmet need in this changing landscape. Leveraging the Pedigree DentaStix brand, we launched a direct-to-consumer programme across Europe.
The aim was to build a closer relationship with consumers. We developed a product subscription kit that allowed customers to curate a box of products they could reorder on a consistent basis. Another key feature was an educational hub, providing articles and tools focused on oral health for dogs.
I initially began the project by collaborating with a UX Designer to create wireframes. Once approved, I led the design strategy and execution for both mobile and desktop platforms.
