British Airways flies more than 40 million customers a year to over 180 destinations in 90 countries.
The aim was to redesign British Airways' email marketing by introducing key components and best practices that would bring one of the world’s best-loved brands into the modern era.
Initially, I researched British Airways' existing email design to understand the problems and potential solutions. This research included introducing new features such as a modular system, dark mode, and a mobile-first approach.
